How the score works

The JMK AI Opportunity Score is an indicative pre-assessment. Sixteen fixed questions cover four dimensions, weighted as JMK Studio weighs them in practice: business value 30 %, feasibility 25 %, human adoption 25 %, risk readiness 20 %. Each answer maps to a value on a five-point scale; the calculation is deterministic and the same for everyone.

  • It does not replace technical, security, legal, financial or organisational due diligence.
  • High-value automation still requires evidence and a controlled pilot with a baseline, a target metric, an owner and a stop condition.
  • A low score does not mean the problem is unimportant. It often means the organisation must prepare first: clarify the value, secure the data, involve the people, define the controls.
  • If your answers describe consequential actions without human review, the result is “Redesign before automation” whatever the total. An online questionnaire is not sufficient for legal, safety, security or compliance decisions.
Privacy
  • Your answers are stored only in this browser tab (session storage) so you can go back or reload. They are never placed in the page address, never sent to JMK Studio automatically and never sent to any AI service.
  • No account, no e-mail address, no advertising trackers.
  • “Delete my answers” removes them immediately; “Start again” does too. Closing the tab also clears them.
  • If you choose to send the summary through WhatsApp, the message is prefilled in WhatsApp only after you confirm. From that point WhatsApp (Meta) processes the information under its own terms.
  • Please avoid entering personal data about identifiable people in the process description.
